The Sunset Hills Read-a-Thon Fundraiser is helping to raise funds for the playground SUNSHADE!

The Read-a-Thon will take place from TUESDAY, February 21st, to Friday, March 3rd.  The school will conduct a kick-off event for students on February 15th.  

This will be a 100% online fundraiser.  The Community Club has teamed up with Fund Hub to assist with tracking progress for the Read-a-Thon and with raising money to support the sunshade. Each child will have their own reading/fundraising webpage. Have more than one kid? Don’t worry, as Fund Hub makes it easy for people donating money to split it evenly among more than one kid.  If the event raises $100 per child who attends Sunset Hills, we will meet our goal of raising enough money to install at least one large sunshade with permanent picnic benches under it.

The Read-a-Thon will finish with a Reading Under the Stars event at the School on Friday, March 3rd, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.  Plan on a night of fun reading activities to finish out the fundraiser!
